Hey Petaluma Moms,
Join us for a free private Zone class at Active Wellness Petaluma on Friday March 31st between 3:30-5 pm. During the class, you can expect to get your sweat on as we work in teams and target our heart rate zones using a MYZONE heart-rate monitor. Make sure to sign up on our website as soon as possible as there is a cap of 15 participants.

In addition to the class, you will have a chance to tour the Active Wellness Center and join a Q&A with Aquatics Director, Jeremy, to learn more about Youth Swim Lessons.
Active Wellness has a chid care program for children 6 weeks and older for members. They are offering free childcare for participants in the March 31st event. If you plan to use their childcare, please reach out to the Active Kids Club in advance via email at activekids@activewellnesscenter.com or by calling 707-559-2936. Please note that there are a limited number of childcare spaces.
