Ready to help your little one get their wiggles out before dinnertime? Join us for a gymnastics class at Body English on Monday, August 5!
This pre-rec class is for children 3-5 years old and is a student's first opportunity to experience a class independently. Classes are instruction based for the duration of class - students will participate in a group lead warm up, and 1-2 rotations of a course or circuit style format. Safety and following instructions are of top priority in these classes so that students can enjoy the benefits of learning the foundational gymnastics body positions in a safe and fun way. These classes will utilize all of the traditional gymnastics equipment, including Vault, Bars (uneven and parallel), Rings, Balance Beam, Floor Tumbling, Trampoline and more.
This is a private introduction class just for PMC members! Students must be bathroom trained, if not a parent must be onsite.
