Join other moms for a lively pilates class at BodyRok Petaluma on Wednesday, August 21 at 7:20pm. The workout will last 45 minutes and immediately after the class there will be time to connect with other moms over light refreshments.
Make sure to sign up right away as only 11 members will be able to join this class. There will be a $15 fee to participate (PMC is covering $5 of each ticket price).
Bring grippy socks otherwise you'll need to purchase them onsite for $15. A sneak preview of the class included here!
