Join Karen from Fermata Birth next weekend to meet with some other pregnant folks! You'll spend an hour together on Sunday morning, August 17th for some pastries, coffee/tea, and conversation! Meet at 9am at Helen Putnam Regional Park. You'll find the group at the picnic tables off of the Chileno Valley Rd parking lot. FYI: It's a paid lot, but if you have a Sonoma Regional Parks car placard that covers it.
This month the group be joined by Sarah Hornstein, who is not just a Birth Doula, but also a Lactation Specialist and a board member of Better Beginnings. She runs the (free!) weekly breastfeeding support meetings in Petaluma and is an all-around wonderful human in her own right.
And if you have any friends who might be interested in joining please bring them along! Karen just ask for a heads-up via RSVP so she know how many treats to bring.
