Whether you're a current client of mine or still building your birth support team: I'd love for you to join me next weekend to meet with some other pregnant folks! We'll spend an hour together on Sunday morning, December 7th with pastries, coffee/tea, and conversation! Join us at 10am at 151 Lynch Creek Way, Petaluma, an office space shared by a number of perinatal providers including Pivotal Pelvis, California Perinatal Therapy, and Green Stork Chiropractic.
This month we'll be joined by Emma of Green Stork Chiropractic. Dr. Emma is a Webster-certified chiropractor with specialized training for the prenatal, postpartum, and infant population and their unique needs. She will give a short talk about ergonomics during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum to avoid and manage common woes that arise during this transitional life phase.
And if you have any friends who might be interested in joining please bring them along! I just ask for a heads-up via RSVP so I know how many treats to bring :)
